Bread & Butter Bakeshop is a Philippine bakeshop chain that offers a wide variety of bakery products. Together with his wife, they began their small business selling and delivering freshly baked pandesal, a Filipino breakfast staple, to neighbours and friends. The positive response and growing demand for Bread & Butter prompted the founder to open its first bakeshop - Bread & Butter Capitol - in Kalibo. Seeing vast opportunities for bakery products, the couple opened more stores throughout Aklan. This led to the operation of the first and biggest commissary in Northern Panay Island in 1994 - Filbake Food Corporation.
